The client information will protect through confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) agreements with all RC personnel and committee members and provide restricting access to client information. All staffs, auditors, technical experts, contractors and external auditors shall sign confidentiality agreements and shall trained to protect client and company data to maintain confidentiality.
Reliable Certification (SMC-Private) Limited shall use the client information for certification and audit purposes, evaluation, decision making only. The information and other related documents will disclose only when:

The access is restricted to authorized personnel and only authorized personnel can review, manage client documents and records, audit reports and certification documents.
All personnel shall maintain confidentiality during and after termination of employment, contract, or committee membership and must avoid for unauthorize sharing, copying, or distribution of audit evidence or client data.
Any breach of confidentiality is investigated immediately and Reliable Certification (SMC-Private) Limited shall take appropriate corrective actions which may be includes but not limited to warning, suspension, termination of services and legal action.
Reliable Certification (SMC-Private) Limited shall provide training to all staff, auditors (RC and Freelance), technical experts on confidentiality and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). All RC employees, auditors (RC and Freelance), technical experts, contractors, and all committee members shall sign on confidentiality and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).
