Our Impartiality Policy

Reliable Certification SMC Private Limited (RC)

Reliable Certification (RC) maintains impartiality in all certification activities and manages risks that may affect impartiality.

RC:

  1. Makes certification decisions based solely on objective audit evidence.

  2. Avoids any activities or relationships that could compromise impartiality.

  3. Does not provide consultancy services to clients seeking certification.

  4. Does not certify another certification body for any management system.

  5. Does not certify any organization where a conflict of interest is identified.

  6. Does not offer or provide internal audit services to any of its certified clients, nor to clients whose certification is in progress.

  7. Does not outsource audits to a management system consultancy organization.

  8. Identifies, analyzes, and documents risks to impartiality on an ongoing basis.

  9. Establishes and maintains an impartiality committee to oversee impartiality-related matters.

  10. Requires all personnel, including auditors and committee members, to declare any existing or potential conflicts of interest.

  11. Assigns audit personnel only when no conflict of interest exists.

  12. Does not allow commercial, financial, or other pressures to influence certification outcomes.

  13. Applies certification processes equally to all clients without discrimination.

  14. Suspends, withdraws, or reduces certification scope if impartiality is compromised.

  15. Provides training to relevant personnel on impartiality and ethical conduct.

  16. Reviews this policy during planned intervals and as part of management review.
